Any fitness level can participate in our program. Our trainers will modify YOUR program to YOUR specific needs, even if you have prior injuries. Some have specific dietary needs and some have 100 pounds to lose or more.

We get it! In fact about 1/3 of our clients here have schedules that change daily (we have a lot of nurses for example), we have 5 locations and 11 class times each day, and you can attend any class time you would like. This way your not held to a slot that you may not always make.

We teach you how to eat real food. We will help you kick the junk and replace it with easy, delicious recipes the whole family will enjoy. We lay out exactly how to eat.

Our training sessions are less like classes and more like groups of your best friends working out together. Our trainers will encourage and motivate you and use tough love when needed.

Crossfit is a sport and if your interest is that then you’re going to have better success at a Crossfit box. We are more of a Transformation Center, meaning people come to us with a specific problem and specific goals wanting transformation. Crossfit builds you around the workouts, and we build the workouts around your unique goals.

Yes, we have modifications for every exercise and we can scale the workouts to your fitness level.

Classes are 45 minutes long.

No worries! If you can still make it at least three days a week to train, you will still get amazing results (especially if you follow our done-for-you meal plans).

No, that’s why Elite Edge combines a regular schedule of classes to target each muscle group and tailored meal plans to help you reach your weight loss goals.

You didn’t put it on overnight so don’t expect to lose it in a day! Consistent workouts and a disciplined diet will gradually get you to your ultimate weight loss goal. You will start to see and feel results in just a week. Many clients have seen great success losing 20 pounds or more in our 6 Week Challenge!

It all comes down to calories in vs calories out. Being consistent with your workouts and dedicated to a healthy diet including drinking plenty of water can get you to that 20 pound weight loss goal in a month. Our team of coaches can help you with a tailored diet and exercise plan to reach your weight loss goal.

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training and at Elite Edge we incorporate three days of high intensity but low impact training that keeps you burning fat with the high intensity while keeping your joints and tendons safe. We believe the art of working out is working the muscles and heart without compromising your joints or safety.

Our team of coaches will be by your side every step of the way monitoring your progress to make sure you are eating properly and fueling your body correctly to get through the workouts while still getting you to your weight loss goal.

The members at Elite Edge like to call each other their “FitFam”. Everyone has similar goals of weight loss and health improvement and feels more like a family while on their weight loss journey together. The coaches are motivating, knowledgeable, fun and care about you and your goals. The workouts are different everyday so you never get bored and your body is always getting a new challenge.

Paying a monthly membership just to walk in the door and then extra for a personal trainer can be VERY costly for just a few sessions a month. Elite Edge offers a personal training-like atmosphere in a group fitness setting at EVERY class. Our coaches are there helping you to correct your form and pushing you to go a little harder every time you walk in the door.

Everybody is different and will need a different diet to help reach their weight loss goals. Depending on your goals, whether they be short-term or long-term, Elite Edge offers tailored meal plans created by registered dieticians to help you reach those goals.
